This Legal Notice, Email Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the use of the website of 8 Made Co., Ltd., having its registered office at 71 Pattanakarn 72, Praves, Bangkok 10250, Thailand (the “Company”), and applies equally to all electronic communications transmitted by or on behalf of the Company, including emails, attachments, digital files, engineering reports, technical drawings, proposals, feasibility studies, measurement and verification documentation, and any related correspondence (collectively, “Communications”).
By accessing the Company’s website or receiving Communications from the Company, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth herein.
All information published on the website or transmitted through Communications is provided for general informational and business communication purposes only. Descriptions of engineering methodologies, automation systems, energy efficiency strategies, projected savings calculations, performance models, feasibility analyses, measurement and verification approaches, system architectures, and product information are illustrative in nature and subject to project-specific validation. No information contained in the website or in Communications shall constitute a binding engineering commitment, performance guarantee, energy savings guarantee, contractual offer, acceptance, or legally enforceable undertaking unless expressly confirmed in a formally executed written agreement signed by authorized representatives of the relevant parties.
Electronic Communications are intended solely for the designated recipient and may contain confidential, proprietary, or legally privileged information. Unauthorized review, copying, disclosure, distribution, or use of such Communications is strictly prohibited. If a Communication is received in error, the recipient must notify the sender immediately and permanently delete the material.
The Company does not warrant that electronic transmissions are secure, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. The recipient assumes all responsibility for implementing appropriate cybersecurity safeguards. The Company disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from interception, alteration, delay, corruption, or failure of electronic transmission.
Nothing contained in any Communication shall be construed as forming a legally binding contract unless expressly stated and executed in accordance with formal contractual requirements. Statements relating to technical performance, energy efficiency projections, cost savings, system compatibility, or operational outcomes are indicative and subject to engineering validation, commissioning results, and contractual terms.
All intellectual property rights in website content and Communications, including proprietary methodologies such as SMAC™ systems, technical documentation, drawings, data models, software interfaces, and branding elements, remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected under applicable law.
The Company processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand and other applicable laws. Personal data may be collected through website interactions, business correspondence, contractual engagements, project implementation, system monitoring, and regulatory compliance activities. Such data is processed for lawful purposes including contractual performance, project execution, customer relationship management, regulatory compliance, internal governance, and legitimate business interests. The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data and retains such data only for as long as necessary to fulfill lawful purposes.
Data subjects have rights under applicable law to request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, and to lodge complaints with the competent authority.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.

การเข้าถึงเว็บไซต์หรือการได้รับการสื่อสารจากบริษัท ถือว่าผู้รับยอมรับข้อกำหนดตามนโยบายนี้

การสื่อสารทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อผู้รับที่ระบุเท่านั้น และอาจมีข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับหรือมีสิทธิพิเศษทางกฎหมาย ห้ามมิให้บุคคลที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเข้าถึง ใช้ เปิดเผย หรือเผยแพร่ข้อมูลดังกล่าว หากท่านได้รับข้อมูลโดยมิได้ตั้งใจ โปรดแจ้งผู้ส่งและลบข้อมูลทันที
